I didn't start in real estate. I started in medicine — trained to look past symptoms to what's actually happening underneath. That habit of thinking never left me, and it's the lens I bring to every home I help a client buy or sell.

Today I work as a private real estate advisor and dual-licensed broker across two markets that don't get compared often, but should: Coastal Southern California and the Texas Hill Country / Austin–San Antonio corridor. Many of my clients are moving between the two — executives, physicians, entrepreneurs, and families making a strategic life decision, not just a transaction.

My role isn't to show you more houses. It's to help you see what a property actually is — how it will function day to day, what it's worth in five years, what risks aren't visible on a listing sheet — before you commit to it.
